Clean and sanitize dishware, silverware, glassware, pots & pans, utensils, equipment, and work area;
Set up work station and dish machine; maintain chemical levels;
Operate dishwashing machine per specifications; store clean dishes;
Clean designated kitchen equipment and areas; dispose of waste properly;
Promote teamwork and coordinate with Catering/Banquets/Outlets/Maintenance
