We are seeking a Bartender to join our team! In this role, your day is shaped by movement, energy, and connection. You’ll spend your time providing prompt and courteous service to all bar guests, including taking orders, suggestive selling, preparing and serving beverages, and the clearing/setting of the bar top and tables. You will play a key role in fostering a high‑energy environment driven by passion for excellence.
This includes delivering fast, accurate service while maintaining a friendly, engaging presence with guests seated at the bar. You are expected to execute all responsibilities with professionalism, precision, and a consistent focus on creating an exceptional guest experience. Each interaction presents an opportunity to deliver a memorable experience by anticipating guest needs, exceeding expectations, and establishing genuine connections.
- At least four years of prior experience, ideally within a four‑ or five‑star hotel environment
- Ability to communicate clearly, stay patient under pressure, and approach every situation with tact and professionalism
- Comfortable reconciling transactions at the end of each shift, cash out, and maintaining a balanced bank
- Ensure sequence of service is followed for all guests
- Accommodate guests’ special requests whenever possible
- Process payments according to POS and cash handling procedures and ensure all checks are closed out timely
- Additional language skills beyond English are an advantage
- Understand the rhythm of lifestyle hotels
- Ready to work evenings, weekends, and holidays when the property is at its most vibrant
- Active, hands‑on role: spend a good portion of your shift working with guests and with your team, assisting coworkers as needed to complete required activities and deliver amplified service

This is a non‑union, hourly position. We offer a competitive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, paid time off, retirement savings, and employee perks.
Pay Range: $2 - $25/
