• Manage daily operations of designated outlets, ensuring quality, service, and profitability.
• Support the development and implementation of guest‑satisfaction strategies, gathering feedback and driving continuous improvement.
• Oversee administrative and planning functions of the Food & Beverage department, including cost control for food, beverage, and labor.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol regulations.
• Coach, mentor, and develop team members to build a high‑performing team.
