Nine Orchard Hotel is seeking a Guest Service Agent who is as comfortable engaging with

This role is for someone who genuinely enjoys people—someone who notices the small things,
remembers preferences, and takes pride in creating a welcoming, thoughtful experience from
the moment a guest arrives. You will be a key part of the front office team, ensuring each guest
interaction feels personal, seamless, and reflective of the hotel’s standards.

- Create personalized experiences by anticipating needs and remembering guest preferences
- Handle check-ins, check-outs, and guest requests with efficiency and care
- Address guest concerns with confidence and a solutions-oriented approach
- Focus on the small details that elevate a stay from good to memorable
- Support the daily flow of front desk operations, including arrivals, departures, and reservations
- Ensure room assignments, billing, and guest profiles are handled accurately
- Partner closely with Housekeeping and Engineering to ensure rooms are prepared to standard
- Maintain a calm, organized front desk environment, even during high-volume periods
- Work closely with fellow front office team members to deliver consistent, high-level service
- Communicate clearly across departments to support a seamless guest experience
- Contribute to a positive, respectful, and guest-focused team culture
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of guest transactions
- Keep front desk systems updated with guest information and preferences
- Follow all hotel procedures, service standards, and cash-handling protocols
- 1–3 years of hospitality or guest-facing experience, ideally in a boutique or luxury setting
- Strong communication skills and a natural ability to connect with people
- A calm, steady presence in fast-paced or high-pressure moments
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Familiarity with hotel systems (Opera or similar)
- Multilingual abilities
- Strong judgment and problem-solving skills
