Spa Attendant Supervisor
$22 hourly. Ability to work evenings, weekends, weekdays, and holidays required.

POSITION
PURPOSE:
Under the direct supervision of the Spa Manager, the Spa Attendant Supervisor is responsible to work alongside as well as supervise a team of Spa Attendants to ensure all day to day standards and procedures are adhered to delivered at the highest level of guest satisfaction in the spa. The Spa Floor Supervisor maintains Inns of Aurora service and hospitality standards throughout all interactions.
The Spa Floor Supervisor may also facilitate and participate in training and evaluations of the team.
Essentially, the Spa Floor Supervisor will:
- Oversee Staff:
Guide and support spa and café attendants during shifts. - Monitor Quality:
Keep the spa clean, safe, and welcoming. - Monitor Guest Behavior:
Ensure guests are following spa etiquette. - Solve Problems:
Help guests and staff with quick fixes.
The Spa Floor Supervisor must always display professionalism and attention to detail to serve as an example and leader to the rest of the Spa Attendant team.
The Spa Floor Supervisor will also:
- Ensures spa areas are immaculate, safe, and in good repair.
- Understands first aid/emergency procedures and can direct guests accordingly.
- Collaborates graciously with all resort departments.
- Supports team members by positively reinforcing successful performance and giving respectful and encouraging coaching, as needed.
- Maintains a calm demeanor when confronted with difficult situations, to set a positive example for team members and guests.
- Develops positive relationships with Spa team by understanding and addressing individual motivation, needs and concerns.
