Park South Hotel, a JDV by Hyatt, is seeking an Assistant Operations Manager to support daily hotel operations and deliver the warm, personalized hospitality Hyatt is known for. This leader will partner closely with the Front Desk and Housekeeping teams to ensure an exceptional guest experience and seamless departmental coordination.
The role requires 1–2 years of hotel operations leadership, a preference for experience in a unionized NYC hotel, and proficiency with PMS systems such as Opera.
