Forrest Solutions is seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Meeting & Event Space Manager to lead the launch and daily operations of brand-new luxury meeting and event spaces. This role offers the opportunity to shape the guest experience from the ground up, lead an exceptional team, and drive innovation in a setting where service excellence is paramount.
Responsibilities- Oversee the start-up and day-to-day management of high-volume meeting and events spaces.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to bring their vision to life through exceptional service, technology, and design.
- Develop new projects and initiatives that enhance the overall user experience for employees, candidates, and clients.
- Ensure flawless execution of all meetings and events through seamless AV integration, precise room scheduling, and top-tier food & beverage service.
- Build and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), service audits, and lookbooks to uphold white-glove hospitality standards.
- Analyze guest feedback, KPIs, and service trends to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Use insights to refine operations and elevate the overall experience across both centers.
- Manage, develop, and inspire a team of 10-15 associates.
- Set clear performance expectations and deliver ongoing training focused on service, systems, and experience design.
- Oversee team scheduling, payroll, and staffing to ensure optimal coverage.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching to support team growth and excellence.
- Foster a collaborative, high-energy culture where hospitality and professionalism go hand in hand.
- 5+ years of experience in hospitality, events, conference services, or administrative operations.
- 5+ years of experience leading a team.
- At least 2 years in a corporate environment.
- Hands-on experience in AV, room scheduling systems, and event coordination.
- Background in food & beverage or hospitality services.
- Passion for creating memorable, people-first experiences.
- Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
- Positive, polished, and professional presence.
- Willingness to work flexible hours based on business needs.
