We’re currently seeking a Housekeeping Manager to lead our Housekeeping team, a natural people person with an analytical mind, who can do everything from streamline a bumpy process to stock a supply cart. The Housekeeping Manager is a natural at identifying challenges, makes reasonable and insightful assumptions, and motivates everyone on the team by showing them the rewards of providing outstanding service.

• Passionate about hospitality and cleanliness.
• A minimum of 2 years of similar work experience in a luxury hotel setting.
• A post‑secondary diploma or degree would be a plus.
• Advanced knowledgeable of housekeeping operations, a strong leader and a proven track record in guest and team member engagement and financial performance.
• Excels at communication, both verbal and written.
• Is flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24‑hour operation.

Salary: $68,950.00
