Crescent Hotels & Resorts is seeking an experienced Reservations Manager for the iconic Elysée New York to lead daily reservations operations, maximize occupancy, and deliver world-class guest service.
You will supervise the reservations team, coordinate with Sales, Revenue Management, and Front Office, and support hospitality reopening initiatives. Minimum 3 years in hotel reservations with supervisory responsibility and Opera PMS knowledge are required.
