Convene Hospitality Group is seeking a Service Supervisor to join the Hospitality Service Team at 360 Madison in New York. You will oversee setup, execution, and breakdown of programs, supervise staff, coordinate between culinary and service teams, and ensure adherence to health and safety standards.
The role reports to the Service Manager and General Manager. Candidates should have a bachelor’s in Hospitality, 2+ years in a conference center or related field, and supervisory experience.
