Location: New York
Shared Easy, a NYC-based co-living and residential hospitality company, seeks a leader to own and optimize field operations across multiple properties. You will manage Community Managers, cleaning and maintenance teams, and be the face to landlords and vendors.
You will write the playbooks, establish on-site standards, and ensure guest-ready rooms and safe operations, walking 50%+ of time between properties while building scalable systems.
