Location: Porter Corners
The Assistant Manager, Catering & In-Park at Six Flags Darien Lake leads daily operations for quick-serve dining facilities and catered venues while driving guest satisfaction and cost targets.
In partnership with Culinary, Events, and Group Sales, you will develop seasonal programs, manage labor, ensure food safety, and coach seasonal leaders to deliver high-quality service and memorable experiences across the park.
Flexibility for weekends, holidays, and peak events is required.
