• Support residential service operations to include, but not limited to attending to residents and their guests needs and requests which may include but not limited to scheduling and planning experiences, services, and requests in the support of private residences.
• Research and display a full and complete understanding of New York City to provide key recommendations for services.
• Curate arrival and departures for residents and guests.
• Support residents and their guests in an attentive and friendly manner.
• Support the Waldorf Astoria New York team as assigned.

• Create a warm welcome:
  Greet residents and guests with an upbeat and professional attitude
• Respond to resident needs:
  Provide information, resolve concerns, and handle inquiries with care and efficiency
• Support daily services:
  Answer phones, retrieve packages, mail, and faxes, and coordinate resident requests
• Ensure safety and security:
  Monitor building activity, report concerns, and assist in emergency situations
