What you will have an opportunity to do:

At Pyramid Global, PYRAMID WORKS, we bring the warmth, professionalism, and service excellence of a luxury hotel into the workplace. This is an opportunity to be a trusted resource, problem solver, event supporter, and culture champion who helps make every interaction meaningful for our client, Paramount Studios. This role is temporary with the possibility to turn permanent but no promises. It is a great opportunity to show that you are a great fit for the team!

Schedule:

Monday-Friday | 9:00 AM-6:00 PM (based on business needs)

Deliver Exceptional Guest Experiences
  • Serve as the first point of contact and create positive first impressions
  • Provide directions, resources, and support to Paramount employees and guests
  • Escort guests to appropriate locations when needed
  • Cultivate and create meaningful connections with your floor populations
  • Support Workplace Operations
  • Proactively manage workspace reservations and bookings
  • Monitor office and desk space utilization
  • Coordinate workplace services and respond to employee needs
  • Help Execute Meetings & Events
  • Support the setup and execution of meetings and special events
  • Conduct meeting space inspections to ensure readiness
  • Partner with Event Managers, A/V teams, and technical support staff
  • Problem Solve & Follow Through
  • Proactively identify and report facility, housekeeping, or maintenance concerns
  • Track requests and ensure timely resolution
  • Follow up on workplace changes and service requests for accuracy
  • Follow up with Paramount employees to keep them informed on progress made to complete their requests
  • Escalate issues appropriately to ensure timely resolution
What are we looking for?
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year of hospitality, hotel, concierge or a related field preferred
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
