Your Mission:- Be the welcoming voice and smiling face that makes every guest feel at home
- Handle reservations, check-ins, and check-outs with efficiency and charm
- Solve guest inquiries like a hospitality pro—no challenge is too big for you!
- Process payments and ensure smooth transactions
- Keep things running smoothly at the front desk (organization is key!)
- A friendly, outgoing personality that shines
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment
- Previous hospitality and FOSSE experience
