The Surrey, a Corinthia Hotel is seeking to recruit a Concierge. The Concierge serves as the guest's trusted resource throughout their stay, delivering personalized recommendations and arrangements that reflect the highest standards of hospitality. As a member of Les Clefs d'Or, the Concierge upholds the organization's global reputation for expertise, integrity, and exceptional service, drawing on an extensive network of local contacts and insider knowledge of New York City to anticipate and fulfill guest needs before they are asked.

Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 3–5 years of concierge or luxury hospitality experience, ideally within a five-star hotel in New York City.
  • Extensive, up-to-date knowledge of New York City restaurants, attractions, transportation, and entertainment venues.
  • Established relationships with restaurants, venues, and service providers across the city.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a polished, professional demeanor.
  • Discretion and sound judgment when handling confidential or sensitive guest information.
  • Ability to multitask and remain composed under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Additional language proficiency is a plus.
  • Proficiency with hotel property management and concierge software systems.
