What We Are Looking For We are seeking an accomplished F&B Manager, fluent in the language of fine dining, to help lead our Front of House and shape experiences worthy of our Members' trust. Partnering closely with the F&B Director, the F&B Manager stewards day-to-day FOH operations across all CORE: venues, cultivates and develops talent, and safeguards the standard of service and hospitality that defines the CORE: experience.

This role is instrumental to our broader service mission — elevating every interaction into a signature moment of care, precision, and presence.

The Specifics Oversee the daily rhythm of restaurant operations and staff

Help orchestrate flawless F&B service and events across CORE:

Train staff in the art of service — body language, eye contact, and the language of hospitality

Deepen the Member experience through attentiveness to individual preference and nuance

Support scheduling and beverage program ordering (liquor, beer, wine, consumables)
Conduct weekly liquor/wine inventory and monthly full beverage inventory

Help design and deliver sophisticated FOH beverage training

Uphold uncompromising quality control across service and F&BLead and develop Partners — scheduling, assigning work, performance review, coaching, and resolution

Resolve Member and guest concerns with grace, discretion, and speed

Champion initiatives that elevate Member satisfaction

Coordinate seamlessly across departments in service of the Member experience

Conduct daily walkthroughs, ensuring every detail honors the CORE: standard

Ideal Attributes:

Relentless curiosity

Resourcefulness Resilience Experience  & Qualifications2+ years of management/supervisory experience in restaurants; hotel experience a plusA distinguished background in fine dining and command of elevated service standards

Deep fluency in food, wine, and beverage

Excellent verbal and written communication

Composure under pressure, with a gift for graceful conflict resolution

Experience hiring, training, scheduling, and leading teams

Strong interpersonal and team-building instincts

Familiarity with Aloha or similar POS systems

Open availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
