Job Summary
The Director of Dining Services is responsible for the overall management of the account, including team leadership, client relations, culinary programs, budgeting, and P&L performance. This role requires a hands-on, collaborative leader who can balance exceptional hospitality with strong business results.
Salary $105000 - $115000 / year
Key Responsibilities- Lead daily dining operations and manage, motivate, and develop a team of associates.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, customers, guests, and internal departments.
- Partner with the Chef and management team on menu development and execution of high-quality food programs.
- Oversee account P&L, budgeting, financial performance, and cost controls.
- Lead the rollout of new culinary programs, initiatives, and service enhancements.
- Ensure consistent standards for food quality, service, sanitation, and overall guest experience.
- Support high-volume production and catering operations.
- Identify opportunities to improve operations, customer satisfaction, and financial performance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Culinary Arts, or a related field preferred.
- 3–5 years of progressive food service management experience.
- High-volume food production and catering experience essential.
- Previous experience managing budgets and financial performance.
- Strong leadership, communication, and client relationship skills.
- Passion for hospitality, food, and developing high-performing teams.
