This is a rare opportunity to help shape the financial infrastructure of a growing luxury hospitality brand at a formative stage. As Senior Director of Finance, you will serve as the senior corporate finance leader for Equinox Hotels, supporting the President and leadership team as the portfolio expands from its current flagship operation to multiple properties. The Senior Director of Finance is responsible for corporate and portfolio financial planning, accounting oversight, reporting, internal controls, owner and lender reporting, and finance systems.

The role also provides direct leadership and support to property Directors of Finance (DOFs), establishing consistent standards and scalable processes across the portfolio. You will report directly to the President and operate as a trusted financial partner to leadership, ownership, and hotel teams, balancing hands-on execution with forward-looking analysis. The right
