INNESS is seeking a friendly, reliable, and service-oriented Bellman/Driver to join our Guest Services team. As one of the first and last people our guests interact with, you'll play an important role in creating a warm, welcoming, and seamless experience from arrival through departure. Situated on over 225 acres in the Hudson Valley, INNESS offers a unique hospitality experience where genuine service, attention to detail, and connection to nature come together.

We're looking for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in helping others, and thrives in a team environment.

• Welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and professional demeanor.
• Assist guests with luggage during arrival and departure.
• Provide transportation throughout the property using golf carts or company vehicles.
• Offer information about the property, amenities, activities, and local attractions.
• Deliver guest requests, amenities, and packages to accommodations.
• Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of guest arrival areas and vehicles.
• Assist with valet parking and traffic flow during busy arrival and departure periods.
• Support the Front Desk and Guest Services teams as needed.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and inviting property.
• Other tasks as required

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Friendly, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to exceptional guest service.
• Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced environment.
• Weekend and holiday availability is required.
• Previous hospitality or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
