I joined as a server on the catering staff. Thanks to Hyatt's training and support, I now oversee a brilliant team that helps brings events to life.
You will be responsible forthe efficient running ofthe department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies andbrand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. The Event Sales Manager is responsible to act as a sales specialist and be responsible to assist the Events / Catering and related revenue is maximized in line with the agreed targets.
Qualifications- Minimum 2 years work experience as Event Sales Executive in a luxury international brand hotel.
- Good understanding of selling techniques and banquet knowledge.
- Computer skills in MS Office, email, Fidelio/Delphi/RESERVE will be an asset.
