• Requirement:
  Must be within 0-5 years from graduating from a college/university with a degree in Hospitality Management and/or Culinary Arts.
• Pay Rate: $60,000 - $67,000 annually, negotiable based upon experience.

As a Hospitality/Front of House Manager in Training (MIT), you will receive targeted training for an entry-level management role. You will learn and apply FLIK Hospitality Group’s best practices in areas such as marketing, customer service, retail, merchandising, purchasing, supply chain, hiring, training, payroll, and profit and loss. Training includes hands‑on experience at a designated location and participation in Compass Group’s Accelerated Manager Program (AMP).

Successful completion of AMP may require relocation within your region for placement opportunities. Full‑time management placement or promotion upon AMP completion depends on performance and business needs. As an AMP graduate with a focus on hospitality/front of house operations, you may be prepared for the following roles:

• Conference Coordinator
• Meeting & Event Planner
