Experienced receptionists with a background in a luxury hair salon, private member club, or hotel front desk are encouraged to apply.

We are seeking a polished, highly organized individual with an upbeat personality to join an existing front desk team in a fast-paced, high-demand salon environment. This role is critical to the daily flow of the salon and requires strong judgment, efficiency, and professionalism.

• Greet and manage clients with a high level of service and awareness
• Handle phones, emails, and appointment scheduling
• Coordinate stylist schedules and manage last-minute changes
• Process payments and maintain front desk organization
• Support overall salon flow to ensure a seamless client experience

During the summer months, this role includes travel to Bridgehampton up to 4 days per week. Company housing (optional), transportation, and expenses are provided.
