Role Overview

Box Office Crew Members join us in creating magical and memorable movie moments. It is your job to set the tone and atmosphere for guests and other team members, ensuring an enjoyable evening under the stars.

You arrive at the venue, check in with the team and manager, and start the show. You run the opening checklist, including opening kiosks, starting POS systems, popping popcorn, ensuring all technology is ready, stocking concession items, and preparing guest information packs. You then welcome guests, serving as the first point of contact, checking e‑tickets, helping them settle in, and providing assistance throughout the evening.

• Preparing popcorn (full training provided)

• Checking guests' tickets and walking them through the key elements of the experience
• Engaging with guests, being friendly and helping them enjoy their evening
• Cleaning and securely closing kiosk stations at the end of the night

• $18.50 per hour, 20–35 hours per week
• Standard opening hours: 1 p.m.–1 a.m.
