Savory Hospitality is seeking a Hospitality Coordinator to support the planning and execution of catering and events from setup through breakdown. This role works closely with culinary, events, logistics, sales, account management, and clients to ensure every event is organized, well-executed, and delivers an exceptional guest experience.

• Coordinate assigned events from preparation through breakdown
• Review Banquet Event Orders and confirm event details and requirements
• Oversee event setup, service execution, and onsite staff
• Ensure events meet Savory's service, presentation, and hospitality standards
• Communicate with clients and respond to needs throughout the event
• Troubleshoot issues and provide solutions before and during events
• Collaborate with culinary, operations, logistics, sales, and account management teams
• Maintain event documentation, tracking systems, and inventory
• Support Hospitality Managers with additional projects as needed

• 2+ years of hospitality, catering, events, or related experience
• Strong client service and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organization, time management, and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Calm, professional, and solutions-focused under pressure
• Collaborative, dependable, and passionate about hospitality
• Ability to work independently and take initiative

• Flexibility to work days, evenings, occasional weekends, and holidays based on event needs.

• Competitive hourly rate of $22.00-$25.00
