Salary Range: $35.00 - $45.00 Hourly We are seeking a dynamic and professional Off-Premises Catering Staff Member to join our catering team. This role will involve assisting with the delivery, setup, service, and breakdown of events at various off-site locations. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for creating memorable experiences for our clients.

Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner, ensuring all items are presented attractively and at the correct temperature.

Provide outstanding customer service by attending to guest needs, answering questions, and ensuring satisfaction throughout the event.

Assist in coordinating deliveries and logistics to ensure the smooth execution of events.

Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards, including proper storage, handling, and disposal of food. Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all times.

Provide support during events, such as refilling buffet stations, clearing dishes, and assisting with guest inquiries.

Work closely with fellow catering staff, kitchen teams, and event managers to ensure the success of each event.

Clean and maintain catering equipment and utensils, ensuring all tools are in good working order.

Prior experience in catering, food service, or event coordination is preferred, but not required.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with guests and team members.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy items (up to 40 lbs).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.

• Food safety certification is a plus (e.g., Serv Safe).

• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required by event schedules.
