We are seeking motivated, hospitality-driven professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a pre-opening team, helping establish the property's culture, service standards, and operational excellence from day one.

We are seeking a Chef Concierge to join our team. The Chef Concierge is responsible for delivering highly personalized, intuitive, and memorable service to guests while maintaining exceptional knowledge of the city, luxury travel, dining, entertainment, theater and cultural experiences. Building meaningful relationships with guests, anticipating needs, and curating unique experiences that reflect the hotel's luxury lifestyle brand standards.

General Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Lead the daily operations of Concierge department ensuring services are delivered in accordance with brand standards.
• Maintain detailed knowledge of local attractions, dining venues, shopping, cultural events, theater, nightlife, wellness offerings, and transportation options.
• Develop and maintain relationships with local businesses, vendors, tourism organizations, and community partners.
• Monitor guest requests and ensure timely fulfillment through effective communication and follow-through.
• Manage concierge systems, guest preference databases, and service tracking tools.
• Coordinate restaurant reservations, transportation, entertainment, special events, and bespoke itineraries.
• Identify opportunities to enhance guest experiences through curated experiences
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies, brand standards, and safety procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, preferences, and service arrangements

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of luxury hotel concierge experience, including supervisory experience in a luxury, lifestyle hotel.
• Strong knowledge of the local market, including dining, entertainment, transportation, arts, and cultural attractions.
• Proven ability to provide highly personalized guest service in a luxury hospitality environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Multilingual abilities a plus
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and hotel management systems.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
