• - Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures in a courteous and efficient manner
• - Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns, providing solutions or escalating as necessary
• - Manage reservations, cancellations, and modifications accurately using the property management system
• - Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experience
• - Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, ensuring all materials are up-to-date
• - Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to fulfill guest needs
• - Handle cash, credit card transactions, and billing processes accurately
• - Follow all safety and security procedures to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff

• - High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality training is a plus
• - Previous experience in customer service or front desk operations preferred
• - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• - Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations
• - Proficiency with reservation and property management software
• - Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
