Mercer Street Hospitality (Bistrot Leo, Bowery Meat Company. Lure Fishbar, and Hancock ST) is looking for an experienced front house candidate (Server, Busser, Runner, Bartender. The ideal candidate will have...

A minimum of THREE years+ or more experience in high volume, casual fine dining, or fine dining environments.
Ability to work quickly and efficiently.
Wine and beverage knowledge is a must guest-first approach to hospitality.
The ability to anticipate guests' service needs.
A positive attitude and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.

Candidates must...

Have availability to work 3-5 shifts per week
Covid Vaccinated
Be able to work late nights.
Must have full availability
Maitre D and host must be proficient in at least one of the following reservation systems:
Open Table, Seven Rooms, and/or Resy.
