Position Overview:

Civilian Hotel is seeking a reliable, organized, and guest-focused Breakfast Attendant to oversee the daily breakfast service. This role is responsible for preparing and maintaining the buffet-style breakfast area, ensuring cleanliness, providing excellent guest service, and coordinating with the Front Office team to create a smooth and welcoming morning experience for our guests.

• Set up and prepare the buffet-style breakfast each morning, ensuring all food and beverage items are properly displayed and replenished.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area throughout service.
• Greet guests warmly and assist them with any breakfast-related questions or needs.
• Clear and clean tables promptly to maintain a tidy and welcoming dining environment.
• Wash dishes, utensils, and breakfast service equipment as needed during and after service.
• Operate the POS system to ring up breakfast purchases when applicable.
• Communicate effectively with the Front Office team regarding guest needs, service updates, or operational concerns.
• Monitor breakfast inventory and maintain active stock levels of food, beverages, and supplies.
• Notify the Manager on Duty (MOD) when inventory items are running low to ensure continuous service.
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Assist with breakfast breakdown and cleaning after service concludes.

• Previous hospitality or food service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light to moderate supplies.
• Flexible availability, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
