Hyatt Place 39th St. Times Square is seeking an experienced and results-driven General Manager to lead hotel operations, drive profitability, and deliver an exceptional guest and associate experience.
The GM will oversee all aspects of the property, including operations, sales, revenue, guest satisfaction, staffing, maintenance, financial performance, and team development. This role will work closely with the Management Team to achieve operational excellence, maintain brand standards, protect hotel assets, and maximize profitability.

Hyatt Place 39th St. Times Square is seeking an experienced and results-driven General Manager to lead hotel operations, drive profitability, and deliver an exceptional guest and associate experience.
The GM will oversee all aspects of the property, including operations, sales, revenue, guest satisfaction, staffing, maintenance, financial performance, and team development. This role will work closely with the Management Team to achieve operational excellence, maintain brand standards, protect hotel assets, and maximize profitability.
- 3+ years of experience as a Hotel General Manager required
- Hyatt experience highly preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field preferred
- Proven success managing hotel operations, revenue, budgets, and P&L
- Strong leadership skills with experience recruiting, developing, and retaining teams
- Excellent guest service, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience in a high-volume NYC or urban hotel environment strongly preferred
- Strong knowledge of labor and expense controls
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
Salary: $225,000–$235,000 annually
, commensurate with experience.

This position is at a location where Hyatt is not the employer. The employer of individuals working at this hotel may be a third-party management company that is responsible for all employment benefits and obligations at this location.
