Associate Benefits Manager

The Associate Benefits Manager supports the design, administration, and optimization of the organization’s employee benefit programs. This role partners closely with the Benefits Director, HR team, Finance, and external vendors to ensure programs are competitive, compliant, and delivered with a high‑quality employee experience. The Associate Benefits Manager plays a key role in data analysis, vendor coordination, employee communication, and process improvement.

• Program administration
  :
  Oversee day‑to‑day operations of health, welfare, retirement, and wellness programs, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
• Employee support
  :
  Serve as a knowledgeable resource for employee benefit inquiries, providing clear guidance and resolving escalated issues.
• Vendor management
  :
  Coordinate with carriers, brokers, and third‑party administrators to troubleshoot issues, manage data feeds, and support plan updates.
• Compliance support
  :
  Assist with compliance activities including ERISA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, and annual filings such as 5500s.
• Open enrollment coordination
  :
  Support planning, communication, system setup, and execution of annual open enrollment and mid‑year changes.
• Data analysis and reporting
  :
  Prepare reports, analyze claims and utilization trends, and support budgeting and forecasting.
• Process improvement
  :
  Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, enhance employee understanding, and improve benefits operations.
• Project support
  :
  Contribute to benefits‑related projects such as plan redesigns, vendor transitions, system enhancements, and wellness initiatives.
• Documentation and communication
  :
  Maintain accurate plan documents, SOPs, and employee‑facing materials.
