About The Role The People & Talent Manager owns how Swish hires, onboards, and develops great people while protecting culture and raising the talent bar as the company scales. This role ensures Swish grows fast without sacrificing quality, clarity, or standards. You’ll lead recruiting, build onboarding that ramps people quickly, and establish core people operations that support high performance. This is a hands-on builder role with a clear path to broader people leadership over time.

Responsibilities
  • Own end-to-end recruiting across Swish, from role scoping and sourcing to interviews, offers, and close
  • Build a fast, repeatable hiring engine with clear workflows, scorecards, and interview loops
  • Act as a hiring bar-raiser, empowered to challenge decisions and slow roles when candidates aren’t right
  • Partner with leaders to clarify roles, leveling, and hiring priorities
  • Design onboarding that helps new hires ramp quickly and feel connected from day one
  • Own core people ops as the company scales, including feedback cycles, manager support, and basic performance processes
  • Serve as a trusted point of contact for employees, handling sensitive issues with judgment and discretion
Experience & Qualifications
  • 5-8 years in recruiting, talent, or people roles at startups or fast-growing companies
  • A proven track record of hiring strong operators and raising the talent bar
  • Experience building or improving recruiting processes and onboarding systems
  • Strong judgment around people, performance, and culture
  • Comfort partnering directly with founders and senior leaders
  • High emotional intelligence and clear communication skills
  • A builder mindset—you move fast, iterate, and don’t wait for perfect conditions

  • Experience in live shopping, creator marketplaces, ecommerce, sports, and/or TCG

Compensation Range: $110K – $120K
