You’re an experienced 360 recruiter (3–6 years) who:

• Has full-desk experience in an agency environment with a track record of strong billing and client development.
• Can mentor and coach junior team members (or would like to!) while still running your own desk.
• Is business-savvy, articulate, and confident enough to influence senior stakeholders and negotiate high-value deals

• Craves rapid, merit-based career progression with transparent targets and rewards.
• Over 2x the per head revenue generation of similar firms
• Top performance across all disciplines (not just one hero team)
• Grew in 2020 AND 2023
• True market leaders in insurance and financial services recruitment

What You'll Be Doing

• Full 360 recruitment: business development, candidate management, deal negotiation, and everything in between
• Expand a warm, high-performing desk in a well-established market
• Build long-term relationships with top-tier clients in the insurance space
• Mentor junior recruiters and contribute to team growth
• Cross-sell across Oliver James verticals to maximize opportunity
• Run client meetings, attend networking events, and shape strategic partnerships
