Human Resources Assistant

Overview

Our client is a world-class corporate security services provider based in NYC
. They are seeking a Human Resources Assistant to join the team. This position is fully on site in Midtown Manhattan.

• Coordinate key parts of employee onboarding processes
• Process new-hire paperwork
• Manage employee data in HRIS (Paycor)
• Oversee Anti-Harassment training renewals
• Track employee licensing and flag expirations
• Prepare reports and send on a regular basis
• Complete audits and special projects, as assigned

• Salary Range: $55-60k annually, based on experience

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 1-2 years’ experience in Human Resources
• Commitment to confidentiality and discretion
• Tech savvy and knowledgeable in Microsoft Office Suite
