Director of HR Systems Integration

Lead and grow our HR Systems Integration (SI) capability across multiple HR platforms.

• Build and maintain strategic partnerships and alliance relationships with Workday, SAP, Oracle, UKG, Dayforce, and Service Now.
• Collaborate with Mercer teams to design and deliver integrated HR transformation solutions for clients.
• Develop go-to-market strategies and solution offerings in partnership with HR business groups.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of HR system integration projects, ensuring quality, scalability, and compliance.
• Manage a team of consultants and engineers with expertise across the HR tech ecosystem.
• Maintain a strong focus on client centricity, cultural alignment, and delivery excellence.
• Provide thought leadership in HR technology integration trends, interoperability standards, and best practices.

• 10+ years’ experience in HR technology integration or enterprise system implementation, ideally within a consulting or SI environment.
• Proven track record with one or more of:
  Workday, SAP Success Factors, Oracle HCM, UKG, Dayforce, or Service Now.
• Strong understanding of integration architectures, APIs, and middleware platforms (Mule Soft, Boomi, Workato, etc.).
• Experience managing partnerships and alliance programs with HR technology vendors.
• Demonstrated ability to engage with senior stakeholders, both client and vendor side.
• Deep commitment to client centricity and collaborative partnership models.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

• Formal certifications or partnership status with one or more HR platforms (Workday, SAP, Oracle, UKG, etc.).
• Experience establishing or scaling an SI practice within a technology or consulting organization.
• Familiarity with HR data governance, compliance (GDPR, HIPAA), and cloud integration models.
