If you have adult beverage HR experience. We have an amazing opportunity for you.
What you will be doing- Design and implement internship programs that support early talent development and align with long-term workforce planning.
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with organizations, and other external entities to enhance talent pipelines.
- Partner with business leaders and functional teams to understand hiring needs and deliver tailored recruitment strategies.
- Provide regular updates to leadership on recruitment initiatives, hiring metrics, and market insights.
- Strengthen the employer brand and ensure consistent, engaging candidate experience across all touchpoints.
- Develop and deliver training for hiring managers to enhance their participation in the recruitment process.
- Optimize recruitment tools, technologies, and best practices to improve team performance and candidate outcomes.
- Collaborate with internal communications and marketing to create compelling recruitment materials.
- Manage relationships with external search firms and vendors as needed.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with expertise in talent attraction, assessment, and selection.
- Minimum of 3 years prior experience managing in the alcohol beverage industry
