What you will be doing
  • Design and implement internship programs that support early talent development and align with long-term workforce planning.
  • Build and maintain strategic partnerships with organizations, and other external entities to enhance talent pipelines.
  • Partner with business leaders and functional teams to understand hiring needs and deliver tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Provide regular updates to leadership on recruitment initiatives, hiring metrics, and market insights.
  • Strengthen the employer brand and ensure consistent, engaging candidate experience across all touchpoints.
  • Develop and deliver training for hiring managers to enhance their participation in the recruitment process.
  • Optimize recruitment tools, technologies, and best practices to improve team performance and candidate outcomes.
  • Collaborate with internal communications and marketing to create compelling recruitment materials.
  • Manage relationships with external search firms and vendors as needed.
What You Bring
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with expertise in talent attraction, assessment, and selection.
  • Minimum of 3 years prior experience managing in the alcohol beverage industry
    .
