As we continue to grow, we’re looking to add an Executive Recruiter / Recruiting Analyst to our team. This role is ideal for someone who is analytical, highly organized, and interested in building a long-term career in executive search within financial services.

You will work closely with senior recruiters and partners to support high-impact searches across Asset Management, Private Equity, Hedge Funds, Investment Banking, and related functions.

• Source and identify top-tier talent across financial services using Linked In Recruiter, databases, and referrals
• Conduct market mapping, competitive intelligence, and talent research
• Engage with candidates through outreach, screening conversations, and relationship building
• Support active searches by managing pipelines, interview coordination, and candidate tracking
• Prepare candidate summaries, outreach messaging, and internal research materials
• Partner closely with senior recruiters to deliver a best-in-class candidate and client experience

• 1–3 years of experience in recruiting, executive search, research, or a highly analytical/client-facing role
• Strong interest in financial services and talent markets
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
• Confident communicator with the ability to build rapport quickly
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
• Proficient in Linked In, Excel, and CRM/ATS tools (Bullhorn a plus)

• Exposure to senior-level searches and top investment firms
