A rapidly growing Bank in New York City is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator for a temporary-to-permanent position. This is a long-term position, with a great chance to go permanent!
Responsibilities
- Responsible for initial sourcing and screening of candidates
- Provide support to HR on compensation and benefits.
- Assist with Human Resources projects and initiatives as needed.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 years of Human Resources or Recruiting experience
- Experience working in a fast pace environment
- Desire to work in Human Resources
