**** About the Role
** As an HR Director / HR Business Partner, you’ll be a trusted advisor to leadership, driving strategic initiatives and supporting workforce planning, talent development, and organizational effectiveness. You’ll work closely with executives and managers to deliver high-impact HR solutions that support business unit success.
** Key Responsibilities
*** Partner with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives.
* Lead change management and organizational development initiatives.
* Provide expert guidance on compensation, labor relations, benefits, and performance management.
* Drive recruitment, succession planning, and talent development for key roles.
* Conduct investigations and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
* Collaborate with HR specialty areas and corporate departments.
* Analyze workforce data to inform strategic decisions.
* Support budgeting, staffing models, and incentive compensation planning.
** Qualifications
* ** Bachelor’s degree required;
Master’s degree preferred.
* 3–5 years of generalist HR experience or 7–10 years in HR specialty areas.
* PHR/SPHR certification preferred.
* Strong business expertise, management, and organizational development skills.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical abilities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Willingness to travel across MMC sites.
