Senior Recruitment Consultant

We are partnering with a growing recruitment firm to hire experienced 360 Accounting & Finance Recruiters to support continued expansion. This is an opportunity for agency-trained recruiters who enjoy owning the full recruitment lifecycle and building long-term client relationships.

• Run a full 360 desk across Accounting & Finance, from business development through placement
• Build and manage a portfolio of client relationships, delivering high-quality recruitment solutions
• Source, assess, and manage candidates across permanent and/or contract hires
• Advise clients on market trends, talent availability, and hiring strategies
• Manage multiple mandates simultaneously in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment

• Proven agency recruitment experience in Accounting & Finance
• Strong 360 capability, including business development and client management
• Ability to work autonomously while contributing to a collaborative team culture
• Commercial mindset with a track record of consistent billings
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
