Job Description:
Well-established Client isseeking a Staffing Specialist to support a fast-paced recruitment environment. You’ll manage recruiting and onboarding while partnering closely with HR, hiring managers, and payroll.
Full-cycle recruiting for high-volume roles
Conduct initial interviews and schedule next-round interviews
Coordinate onboarding, orientations, and background checks
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations
Partner with payroll and HR leadership to resolve issues
Support union-related tracking and documentation
2+ years of staffing or HR experience
Bilingual Spanish required
Experience in high-volume hiring preferred
Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
