We're looking for an exceptional People & Talent Lead to help us grow Fay. Reporting to the Head of People & Talent, you will be instrumental in shaping, nurturing, and developing our dynamic and high-performing company. As one of the earliest members of the People & Talent team, you ll take ownership of core People processes and play a pivotal role in reaching Fay s ambitious growth goals.

• 5+ years of experience in an HR leadership role, preferably in a scaling tech startup environment
• Proven track record of building and scaling high-performing teams
• Exceptional recruiting and people experience
• Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
• Adaptable problem solver
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
