Our client, an Insurance Industry Leader, is seeking a Total Rewards Leader to join its growing U.S. operation. The role includes designing, implementing, and managing benefits programs to align with organizational objectives and maintain market competitiveness. Responsibilities include conducting job evaluations, developing and overseeing compensation administration, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, and administering employee benefits. The Total Rewards Leader will play a critical role in attracting, retaining, and motivating top talent through equitable and efficient rewards strategies.
Qualifications- Experience in Benefits Plan and Administration
- Working understanding of Compensation Administration
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent understanding of employment law best practices
- Proficiency with HRIS systems and data analysis tools
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CCP, SPHR) are advantageous
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
