** About the role
** The Talent Acquisition Partner will develop and implement strategic recruitment initiatives to attract, engage, and hire top talent throughout the United States. Reporting to the HRBP Americas, this role will focus on proactive recruitment strategies, building and managing talent pipelines, and cultivating relationships with candidates to ensure a positive experience throughout the recruitment journey. Additionally, this role will oversee the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires and may provide operational support occasionally.##

** Your responsibilities
*** Organizational Mapping:
Conduct mapping of target organizations to identify potential candidates and understand talent landscapes within specific industries.
* Pipeline Creation:
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings. Utilize proactive sourcing strategies to connect with passive candidates.
* Candidate Relationship Management:
Develop strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process to create engagement and ensure a positive experience from initial contact to onboarding.
* Employer Branding:
Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the organization's employer brand and establish the company as an employer of choice in the U.S. market.
* Recruitment Journey:
Manage the recruitment process, ensuring a great experience for both candidates and hiring managers, from application to onboarding.
* Onboarding:
Oversee the onboarding process for new hires to ensure they are integrated smoothly into the organization. Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to prepare onboarding materials and schedules and provide necessary support to new employees during their transition period.
* Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI):
Integrate EDI principles into all talent acquisition activities, creating a fair and inclusive hiring process.
* Recruitment Marketing:
Collaborate with HR and marketing to execute targeted recruitment marketing strategies. Analyse market trends and data to refine outreach efforts and attract top talent.
* Metrics and Reporting:
Track and analyse recruitment metrics, using data to inform improvements in the hiring process, candidate engagement, and overall recruitment strategies.
* Occasionally assist with ad hoc administrative or operational tasks as needed.##
** Your profile
*** Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, particularly with a focus on proactive sourcing and relationship management.
* Proven experience in mapping organizations and creating talent pipelines within the U.S. job market.
* Familiarity with using social media and digital marketing for talent acquisition efforts.
* An expert interviewer who confidently engages candidates and communicates the company’s culture, strengths and value proposition.
* Understanding of HR best practices and employment laws in the U.S.
* Proven ability to promote a positive, inclusive, and high-performing culture.
* Experience in a fast-paced or scale-up business environment is desirable.
* Comprehensive understanding of the full employee lifecycle and HR policies.
