HR Director

About our client: Our client is the world’s first fully algorithmic re-pricing platform, offering e-commerce marketplace sellers a cloud-based solution to keep their prices competitive and maximize profitability.

About the role: As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for all HR aspects for the NY team, being part of our global HR team. You will handle the full-cycle recruiting process alongside our Talent Acquisition expert, from sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing, hiring, and onboarding qualified personnel. You will partner closely with business leaders across the US team, playing a key role in developing and growing the team, while fostering the culture and values.

Ideal Qualifications:

• At least 4 years of proven HR management experience in a small/mid-size tech company
• Experience in identifying talents for customer-facing roles (Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, etc.)
• Experience working in a fast-paced, growing startup – preferred
• Experience working in a global environment – preferred
• Management experience with consultancy and business partnership skills
• Proven track record in developing hiring standards, fostering teamwork, and leading operational processes
• Passion for hands-on recruitment
• Relevant degree from an accredited institution
• Creative, resourceful problem solver with excellent teamwork skills, proactive and self-motivated

Job Requirements:

• Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring timely hiring of the most qualified candidates, collaborating with our US Talent Acquisition team.
