As a Campus Recruiting Team member at Citadel, you’ll play a critical role in identifying and engaging top‑tier early‑career talent to join our teams. What You’ll Do
  • Talent Strategy:

  • Stakeholder Management:
    Manage multiple phases of the recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and interviewing to offer negotiations and intern program management, ensuring a seamless and high‑touch experience for both candidates and our hiring managers.
  • Brand Ambassador:
    Represent Citadel at university events, conferences, and networking functions, showcasing our culture of excellence and innovation.

In accordance with applicable law, the base salary range for this role is $135,000 to $185,000. In addition, the employee who fills this role will be eligible to participate in a discretionary incentive compensation program, as well as a wide array of benefit programs, such as medical and life insurance, retirement and tax‑free savings plans, and access to other healthcare programs.
