Talent Manager, Regulatory Compliance Specialist
Our client, a large and well-established social services agency based in Queens, is seeking a dedicated HR Generalist to join their collaborative Human Resources team. This role offers the opportunity to support a mission-driven organization that serves the community while gaining broad exposure across multiple HR functions. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a team-oriented environment supporting a diverse workforce.
JobFunction
- Manage and resolve employee conflicts, grievances, and workplace concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Administer and support employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and all applicable labor laws and regulations.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records using HR systems and software for data management and reporting.
- 3 plus years of experience in Human Resources required.
