Location: New York, NY (Onsite)
Position Type: Full-Time
About the RoleA well-established financial services organization is seeking a Human Resources Associate to join its Human Resources team in New York, NY.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:- Support one primary HR functional area (e.g., recruitment, onboarding, employee lifecycle administration, or compliance) based on departmental needs
- Assist with end-to-end recruitment activities, including job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, and agency interaction, as assigned
- Coordinate new hire onboarding and maintain accurate employee records in partnership with Payroll and internal stakeholders
- Support employee separations, including documentation, notifications, and exit interview coordination, as applicable
- Ensure adherence to internal policies, procedures, and applicable employment laws; escape compliance concerns as needed
- Participate in HR projects, audits, and operational initiatives to support department and organizational objectives
- Bachelor’s degree required;
Human Resources or related field preferred - 3+ years of relevant Human Resources experience
- Salary Range: $42,000 – $90,000 annually
