Start Your Career in Tech Recruitment
At SoCode, we partner with some of the most ambitious and innovative technology companies across the US, helping them shape and scale their teams at every stage of growth.
We’re currently looking to hire two ambitions Entry‑Level Technical Recruiters to join our New York City office during an exceptional period of growth for the business. You’ll be joining a small but impactful team where you’ll never be just another ‘number’ and every result takes you one step closer to a promotion.
This is a delivery‑focused 180 % role where you’ll learn how to identify, engage, and place top technical talent. You’ll receive hands‑on training, mentorship, and a clear career pathway that is rewarded by performance, not tenure.
This role is designed for graduates or early‑career professionals looking to break into recruitment for the first time. No recruitment experience is required. If you’re competitive, motivated, and enjoy working with people, we’ll teach you everything you need to succeed.
What You’ll Be Doing- Learn how to source and engage candidates using Linked In, job boards, and direct outreach.
- Screen and interview candidates, guiding them through the hiring process from first call to offer.
- Build strong candidate pipelines for roles across software engineering, data, cloud, and other tech markets.
- Work closely with Directors and senior recruiters to understand client needs and delivery priorities.
- Deliver an excellent candidate experience and represent SoCode professionally in the market.
- Develop commercial awareness of the tech hiring landscape and recruitment best practices.
- This role is a great fit for recent graduates or early‑career professionals. However, a degree is not required.
- Candidates from sales, customer‑facing roles, competitive sports, or other performance‑driven backgrounds tend to do especially well. Part‑time work, internships, college jobs, or athletic experience is a strong plus.
- You should be confident speaking with new people, motivated by results, organized, and eager to learn in a fast‑paced environment. An interest in recruitment, sales, or building a long‑term career in a performance‑driven role is important.
- Competitive base salary with uncapped commission and high earning potential.
- Healthcare, 401(k), and additional benefits.
- A collaborative, high‑performance culture built on trust and autonomy.
- Clear progression based on results.
- Incentives, rewards, and annual company trips.
If you’re ambitious, competitive, and looking for a career where your effort directly impacts your earnings and progression, this is the right opportunity for you!
